Online tickets now only available in the app

Big news: From 7 June, online tickets will no longer be available on our website – from now on, the südtirolmobil app is the place to go.

Soon, our online ticket shop can be found in the one place where it belongs, and only there: in the südtirolmobil app. From single tickets to Mobilcards, Nightliner or Euregio tickets – your smartphone and our app are the key to flexible, sustainable travel by public transport.

The option to buy online tickets both on mobile devices and – taking a bit of a detour – through our website turned out to be slightly confusing for some passengers, so we decided to simplify matters: In the future, online tickets can only be bought and checked in using the südtirolmobil app.

Please note: If you’ve recently bought an online ticket through our website and haven’t used it yet, we recommend doing so as soon as possible. With the upcoming release scheduled for 7 June, those tickets will no longer be available.

Departure times: personalised info screens

With the departure times widget available on our website, you can now get a custom-made info board displaying all arrivals and departures at any chosen stop or station right on your home screen. It can be installed with just a few clicks and set to display all public transport arriving at and leaving from anywhere near you – a handy service not just for locals, but for our guests and visitors, too.

New and improved ticket finder; bus operators displayed

We’ve also given our ticket finder tool a make-over: Now, all you need to do is tell us what you’re looking for – we’ll comb through our website and find the right ticket for you with no more than a few clicks.

Bus passengers will get more info, too: A simple click on the chosen bus connection will display which company operates the service selected – a useful detail for anyone who has left something behind, for instance, or in case of strikes.

For train connections, that information has long been a fixture of the online journey planner. And with the reorganisation of regional bus services across South Tyrol now complete, this feature is now also available for bus connections.
