Mobilcard

On holiday in South Tyrol? Sit back and let us drive you!

A Mobilcard gives you one, three or seven consecutive days’ worth of unlimited travel on public transport in the whole of South Tyrol, on regional and regional express trains all the way to Trento and even on PostAuto bus services between Malles/Mals and Müstair in Switzerland. On the bus line 273 Malles-Landeck, the Mobilcard is valid until the Pfunds/Kajetansbrücke stop. Junior discounts are available for kids aged 6-13.

Please note that the Mobilcard is not valid for journeys on long-distance trains (e.g. EC trains, Railjet, Frecciargento, Italo) and on some seasonal bus routes, such as:

  • the 444 Dobbiaco/Toblach-Misurina-Tre Cime/Drei Zinnen/Rifugio Auronzo/Auronzohütte;
  • the 440 Passo Monte Croce/Kreuzbergpass-Val Fiscalina/Fischleintal-Sesto/Sexten;
  • the 439 shuttle bus Monguelfo/Welsberg-Lago di Braies/Pragser Wildsee;
  • the 442 Dobbiaco/Toblach-Villabassa/Niederdorf-Braies/Prags in the period from 10 July to 10 September 2024.

Where to buy:

  • online on the südtirolmobil app,
  • from all südtirolmobil ticket offices and sales points,
  • from any tourist office in South Tyrol,
  • from südtirolmobil ticket vending machines at major train stations,
  • from the ticket counter at Trento train station,
  • and from the VVT Customer Centre at Innsbruck train station (1-day, 3-days and 7-days Mobilcards for adults. To check in and use your Mobilcard, validate it at one of the blue ticket validation machines at Innsbruck train station. The ticket will then be valid in all of South Tyrol starting from Brennero/Brenner station.).

Mobilcards are personalised and issued as a contactless ticket. They are non-transferable and may not be used by another person. Every time you board a bus or train, remember to check in with the help of the blue ticket validation machines. To validate and use your Mobilcard, simply hold your contactless ticket in front of the sensor.

If you have a contactless Mobilcard, remember to write down your name, the date and the ticket duration on the back of the ticket before you start using it. Depending on your Mobilcard type, it will be valid for one, three or seven consecutive days starting from the day on which you first activate it.
